UniChat ("we", "our") operates the website unichat.online and the UniChat Chrome extension. This policy describes how we handle information.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, password hash or Google account ID
• Billing: plan, payment reference / UTR (we do not store full card numbers)
• License and device IDs used to enforce one active session per key
• Optional: Gemini API key and extension preferences you save in the customer panel

2. WhatsApp messages

Chat content is processed in your browser. AI features use the Gemini API key you provide. We do not store your WhatsApp message bodies on UniChat servers for license validation.

3. How we use data

• Provide and improve the service
• Issue and validate license keys
• Customer support and fraud prevention

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, database) under confidentiality obligations.

5. Security

We use industry-standard practices including hashed passwords and HTTPS. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
