1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with UniChat. This policy explains when refunds may apply.

2. Eligibility

• Refund requests within 24 hours of the initial payment for a first-time purchase may be considered if the license was not actively used in a material way
• Promotional or heavily discounted plans may be marked non-refundable at checkout
• Renewals of an already activated key are generally non-refundable once the term has been extended

3. Non-refundable cases

• Change of mind after extended use of AI/broadcast features
• Issues caused by incorrect Gemini API keys, browser setup, or WhatsApp Web changes outside our control
• Violation of Terms of Service leading to suspension

4. How to request

Email support@unichat.online with your registered email, order ID / payment UTR, and reason. We typically respond within 3–5 business days.

5. GST invoices

Where a GST invoice was issued, refunds will follow applicable tax adjustment rules.
